I am Alex

I’m grateful you have found your way here. Living life on life’s terms as a clumsy parent has brought me to create this site for people like me. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Murfreesboro, Tn. I work with the incredible team at the Voice of the Heart Center. Beyond being a therapist, I am a husband and father to Reed and Baylor (6 and 4). They are incredibly fun, energetic, and curious little boys.

I am dedicating my life to see more children have places where they belong and matter and where they can be who they were made to be. To do that, home must become a place where feelings are felt and truth is told. Join me in the journey!
